Tanga Technical Institute
Tanga Technical Institute (“TTI” ) which have registration number REG/BTP/114P has been established in 2019 under the umbrella of the North Eastern Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (NED-ELCT).
The institute offers career and continuing education programs, meeting the intellectual, cultural and economic development challenges of Tanga city, region and the nation at large.
The Institute values each learner’s unique talents and potentialities by providing support services that promote academic achievement and opportunities for lifelong learning. Tanga Technical Institute aims at offering quality education that will produce graduates who will be able to secure employment and compete in the labor market.
Through a dynamic learning environment, the Institute empowers each learner with the skills, knowledge, and values needed for the Institute’s preparation, workforce entry or personal enrichment. The Institute enrolls a diverse student population, including adolescents, recent high school graduates, working adults and senior citizens.
